Do you Love Your Business?
I had several “Aha’s” this week in my business that I want to share with you. They made me realize…I Really Love my Business! (At least I do now…I didn’t always.)
Aha #1
The first “Aha” came on Monday. (You probably got my invitation to the “Wisdom Wednesday – Live Business Readings” call I held.)
I wanted to give back. I wanted to connect with you, I wanted to connect with my Angels and Guides. So, I hosted the call.
More people registered for the call than I ever had before, I was tickled.
Aha #1 – Hey, there is a need/want for this.
Aha #2
Wednesday came and I hosted the call. I worked my way down the list of callers and let “Spirit” be my guide. No expectations. No “wanting” a specific outcome. I just wanted to be of service, have fun and help someone along the way. I just wanted to reconnect.
The call ran long as I was trying to squeeze everyone in for their mini-reading. What amazed me was that almost everyone stayed to the bitter end. Even those who got their reading at the beginning of the call. I was and still am, honored to have been able to connect with each person and with “Spirit” during the call.
I was enjoying being “Me,”
part Intuitive,
part Geek.
(There were so many years when I didn’t believe those two parts could co-exist, let alone that I might be able to create a business around them.)
Aha#2 – When you bring “You” to the table, in all your uniqueness, that is what creates the magic. That is what people can see, feel and resonate with.
Aha #3
Well, it never occurred to me during the call that there would be more live callers than there were phone lines. Boy, was I surprised afterward to learn that only 1/2 of the people who came, were able to get on the call. We maxed out the conference lines! Wow, I didn’t see that coming! (pun intended)
Aha #3 – There will always be growing pains in your business.
Loving your business, growing your business, working your business, isn’t always “pretty.” Things will go wrong. Unexpected surprises will surface. You will get bored, uninspired and just plain tired. But…you can still love what you are doing all the same.
Find the things that you love about it.
Find the ways you can be seen “Being YOU.”
Do the things that bring you back into Alignment.
And KNOW that the universe wants you to be “YOU.”
It all sounds so simple doesn’t it. But we all know being human is anything “But” simple sometimes. So, I hope you didn’t mind my sharing…just hoping it will provide an Aha to someone else too.
